Biography
Miss Ginell is a trauma-informed self-care strategist, educator of 12 years, and the visionary Founder of The Soul Reconstruction Project. Holding a Master of Arts in Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Media Arts & Psychology, Ginell occupies a unique intersection where creative storytelling meets neurological restoration.

Her mission is rooted in her journey as a single mother navigating the "fire" of chldhood trauma, toxic relationships, and post-separation abuse. This lived experience led to the development of her R.I.P.P. Framework—a systematic approach to Resilience, Illumination, Power, and Peace. Ginell’s work focuses on "Root Work": identifying the emotional tangles that begin in the womb and installing Identity Armor to protect the next generation.

As the director of the symposium and podcast host of the Soul Reconstruction Project and content creator of 'Miss Ginell', she teaches that the brain isn't broken, but expertly designed to survive a collapsing environment. She knows healing is both spiritual and scientific. She explores her framework of 'ripping the bandaid off':
R – Resilience
Turning the wreckage of the past into a foundation of strength.

I – Illumination
Identifying the “ghost software” passed down through generations.

P – Power
Breaking cycles and becoming the primary protector of your peace.

P – Peace
Shifting from survival mode to a sovereign sanctuary where children can grow unscathed.
By shifting from a high-alert frequency to a sovereign baseline, she helps individuals move beyond manual struggle to become the Lead Architects of their own lives. Ginell is dedicated to breaking generational cycles and engineering a future that is structurally sound and unapologetically unscathed.
